Ultra Speed Challenge 2.5++ (commonly referred to as just Double Plus) is a game created by [[Carl|Sylv]], which released on October 17th 2019! It is a heavily modified version of [[Ultra Speed Challenge 2.5+]]. Despite that, it is more than just a simple modification of the game! It has its own unique story, levels, and bosses.

== Plot ==
At the start of the game, the [[Player Active (protagonist)|Player Active]] is revealed to be a representation of all of the players of the Speed Challenge series. After the events of Ultra Speed Challenge 2.5+, the Player Active hasn't been able to sleep well at night. The events they went through were really traumatic and difficulty for them to handle. They were still healing from this experience. It causes them to have nightmares every night, however most of them were not about the events they went through. Except for the final one. Ultra Speed Challenge 2.5++.

In this nightmare, the Player Active goes through all of the terrible experiences they went through in Ultra Speed Challenge 2.5+, except even scarier and worse. The bosses are nightmare forms of what they were previously, with [[Planty Dan]] becoming Nightmare Dan, [[Angel Hair]] becoming Nightmare Angel, and [[Pyro Manian]] becoming Bouncy Pyro.

What is the most terrifying part of this nightmare? [[Carl]], of course! Carl purposely torments the player, and forces them to live through some of their worst [[fears]] after they beat all of the zones.

After that, Carl decides to try and force the player to sit there for an hour, doing nothing but dodging bullets. Carl decides this is the final boss, and promises to let the Player Active free if they complete this. However, Carl forgets to remove his computer from the final boss room! The Player Active takes advantage of this, and uses the computer to order a plate off of Carl's shopping website, Carl's Basket.

The Player active uses the plate to eat Carl and wakes up from the nightmare. Yay!

== Reception ==
It was received alright. People perceived the game's levels as being too difficult, which is at least fitting with the theme of it being a nightmare! The Boss Rush at the end was received well, and most people considered it the best part of the game. The ending is basically the best ending of the entire speed dchaglenge serise asnd basically it's seriously great!!! Everybody loved it!!
